Important: When updating your registration, please enter the amount paid in Indian Rupees (₹) only.

After You've Paid...

This is a crucial step!

To ensure your booking is marked correctly, please update your registration details on our website after making a payment (partial or full).

Navigate to the Accommodations / Rooms page.
Find your booking in the list and click the 'Edit' button ().
Enter the exact amount you paid in the "Amount Paid" field.
Change the "Payment Status" dropdown to "Paid".
Select who you paid ("Yoga" or "Prashant") from the "Paid To" dropdown.
Upload a screenshot of your transaction confirmation using the "Transaction Proof" file selector (). This is very important for verification.
Use the "Comments" box to add any transaction details (like transaction ID, date, or notes) that can help us with manual reconciliation.
Save your changes.

Once you've done this, please notify the person you paid. They will then verify the transaction and update your booking status to "Confirmed" in the system. Your cooperation helps streamline this manual process.
